Your responsibilities Support client activities by delivering
- quality service to customers

Answer inbound calls from potential customers interested in Salt products

Engage in soft sales through excellent communication and negotiation skills

Build trustful relationships with customers and provide tailored solutions

Contribute to the success of the team and the project

Your profile Native level of German and minimum B2 level of English

Experience in sales or strong
- oriented mindset

Motivation, reliability and commitment to your work

Drive for excellence and professionalism

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working conditions Long-term
- term contract, renewable annually

Full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

Rotating shifts from 7 am to 8 pm

Work from home option available

Compensation and benefits With accommodation: 1200 € gross per month, shared flat with bills included

Without accommodation: 1600 € gross per month plus private health insurance from day one

Quarterly performance bonuses up to 1000 €

Approximate tax rate between 20 and 25 percent

Paid training of 5 days with 50% hourly wage at reduced taxes

Relocation package for international candidates Reimbursement of initial flight costs after 9 months
