What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for Telesales Assistant to join Stannah’s International Center of Expertise (M/F)

Key Responsibilities::

• Work directly with Stannah International partners and direct consumers
• Collaborate closely with Latin American distributors and the Telesales Manager
• Make outbound calls to potential customers who have contacted us through various channels, and convert these leads into qualified appointments
• Record key information collected during phone conversations and accurately input data for the field sales team, in compliance with GDPR
• Follow priorities and organize workload effectively
• Interpret and understand the information provided by customers
• Interpret technical information when necessary

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish (mandatory)
• Fluent written and spoken English (preferred)
• Cheerful and confident attitude
• Dynamic and empathetic approach
• Good computer skills and proficiency in standard office software
• Work towards deadlines and achieve targets
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels and across different departments
• Calm and effective under pressure
