Role Description

This is a
- time
- site role for a Telesales-Outbound representative located in Lisbon. The Telesales-Outbound representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to offer products and services, answering customer queries, following up on leads, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires generating leads, setting appointments, and preparing sales reports. Regular training to stay updated with product changes and industry trends is also part of the responsibilities.

• Strong Communication skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Training skills
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  
  bachelor's degree is advantageous
