Your responsabilities:

• Support French-speaking customers by phone and email.
• Solve problems or escalate them when needed.
• Use You
  Tube videos and other tools to guide customers.
• Give product info, track orders, arrange repairs, and handle complaints.
• Suggest other products when relevant.

Our expectations:

• Proficiency in French (min C2)
• English at minimum B2 level
• Excellent communication skills
• You already live in mainland Portugal or are willing to relocate (we support you with travel and accommodation)
• Team-oriented mindset,
  - motivation and enjoy interacting with people

Main duties:

• Possible start on 25. 09
• Work from HOME anywhere in Portugal (except islands)
• We provide the work equipment & send it to your home
• Working schedule time frames: Monday-Saturday: 07:00-18:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) - Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
• Full time employment, 6 months
  - term renewable contract
• Training provided at the start of employment
• Private health insurance from day 1

Competetive Salary and bonuses:

• €900 gross - base salary
• 2 extra salaries per yer
• up to €100 monthly performance bonus
• €7. 23 net/day – meal voucher – issued as a prepaid card
