Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring compliance and effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners. Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts, manage customer inquiries, and maintain customer databases.
• Tenders: Manage and coordinate public procurement processes in compliance with laws, regulations, and institutional policies. Participate in preparation of offers and submission on electronic platforms.
• Sales Admin: Interact with the CSR department to resolve customer issues related to contract creation/modification, prevent issues affecting customer orders, register contracts in Oracle, and manage instrument orders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer support or administration role with focus on tenders and sales administration.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of Oracle (OKC).

Preferred Experience

• Life Sciences/Healthcare sector.
• Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Strong customer orientation, proactive and efficient work style, and team player with a hands‑on mentality.
