The Tender and Sales Administrator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for:
- Sales Support: Providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring compliance, and maintaining effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts, managing customer inquiries, handling documentation, and maintaining customer databases. The role also involves acting as a liaison to resolve customer issues, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Tenders: Managing and coordinating public procurement processes in compliance with laws, regulations, and institutional policies. Participation in the preparation of offers and submission in the electronic platforms. Supports annual procurement plans, ensures adherence to procurement laws, stays updated on legislation and best practices.
- Sales Admin: Interacting with the CSR department to resolve customer issues related to contract creation/modification, preventing issues affecting customer orders. Registration of contracts in Oracle. Managing instrument orders.

- functional teams to deliver tender offers and instruments, maintaining sources of information and tools useful in decision making, establishing priorities based on the business strategy and coordinating the activities of all functions involved in the Tenders, Sales Admin and Back Office areas. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Provide administrative support to the sales team ensuring compliance and liaise effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Manage and coordinate all processes related to public procurement and participate in the preparation of offers and submission in the electronic platforms in accordance with applicable laws, regulations.
- Create the Oracle contracts, instruments’ orders and Interact with CSR department to solve orders customer issues that are linked with contracts creation/modification.
- Degree in Laws or ADE.
- At least 5 years in a customer support position and/or with customer service administration where tenders and sales administration issues have been your main tasks.
- Advanced skills in Excel & Outlook. Knowledgeable in Oracle (OKC).
- Life Sciences/Healthcare Sector.
- Portuguese, Spanish and fluent in English.
- Characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, as well as a structured, proactive, and efficient way of working and communicative, open, pragmatic, personality who has a "hands-on" mentality and likes to work in a team.
