? Location: Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for a Tender Engineer to join our Business Development & Tendering department, focused on preparing technical and commercial bids for railway installation/maintenance projects.

? Responsibilities

• Preparation of technical and commercial tenders.

• Cost estimation and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Support negotiations and client clarification meetings.

• Ensure technical, commercial, and documentary compliance.

? Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Cost Estimation (or equivalent).

• Proven experience in tendering and cost estimation.

• Fluent English – mandatory

• Knowledge of Public Contracts regulations (valued)

• Strong proficiency in Candy CCS and MS Project – highly valued

• Strong command of Excel and Word

? Workplace based in Lisbon, with availability for national and international travel.

? Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment.
