• Executive Coaching, Career Coaching, Mentorship
• Mindfulness, Guided Meditation, Stress-Reduction Programs
• Emotional Regulation & Emotional Intelligence practices

Energy & Inner Balance

• Reiki, Healing Touch, Sound Healing, Breathwork
• Tibetan/Crystal Bowls, Clinical Aromatherapy
• Contemporary integrative energy practices

Movement & Embodied Expression

• Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative)
• Pilates, Gyrokinesis
• Dance Therapy, Biodanza, Body Expression

What you'll do

• Join the
  SAF Specialist Network
  to deliver sessions in companies and at our Lisbon hub.
• Facilitate programs adapted to different team profiles.
• Take part in pilot projects, workshops, and events.
• Represent SAF's philosophy with authenticity and professionalism.
