Your main responsibilities include supporting customers by providing guidance on Tesla Products, ensuring every customer feels valued and informed about our innovative offerings. Your support will help deliver an outstanding customer experience that embodies Tesla's brand values.
What You'll Do
- Represent: Be the first point of contact representing Tesla's brand, mission, and products.
- Support: Address customer concerns promptly via phone and chat, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and appropriate behavior for diverse customers.
- Evaluate & Resolve: Assess customer needs and proactively resolve roadside, technical, and general support inquiries. Educate owners about their vehicles and energy products, guiding them through purchase, ownership, or service issues.
- Inform & Educate: Inform customers about Tesla’s products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
- Coordinate: Collaborate swiftly with stakeholders to determine the best course of action for support activities.
- Communicate: Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary, ensuring smooth communication during all phases of ownership.
- Administer: Use CRM software and other tools to accurately record support cases and communications, emphasizing attention to detail.
- Continuous Improvement: Recognize sales opportunities for services and accessories, continually seeking ways to enhance customer support.
What You'll Bring
- Genuine passion for Tesla’s mission and products, with an understanding of EV industry trends and local incentives.
- Digital fluency across multiple channels including phone, chat, SMS, and video.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate attitude.
- Experience in customer service environments, especially in automotive, helpdesk, hospitality, roadside assistance, or emergency dispatch roles.
- Quick learner with a willingness to be upskilled through training.
- Team player capable of collaborating across functions and working in shifts.
- Ability to multitask in a
- paced environment, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple streams. - Attention to detail and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Fluency in Portuguese (native preferred) and English; Slovenian language skills are a plus.
