Role Description
As a Test&Calibration professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions, which ensure accurate testing and calibration of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and experience with test and measurement systems.
- Software system optimization: Design, develop, and implement software solutions for test and calibration systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-functional integration of test systems: Partner with hardware, production, and engineering teams to define testing requirements and ensure seamless integration of test and calibration solutions.
- Performance-driven automation: Develop and deploy automated test scripts and tools that drive improvements in reliability, and calibration precision—leveraging modern development practices and technologies.
- On-site system support: Provide
- on support and troubleshooting for test and calibration systems on the production floor, ensuring minimal downtime and fostering
- time collaboration with operations teams. - Data accuracy & system configuration: Maintain and update critical
- related software configurations and parameters in production systems, ensuring consistent data integrity and process stability. - Technical documentation & standardization: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation—including software design records, calibration procedures, and user manuals—to support consistent and scalable use of test systems.

- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or CET in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Initial professional experience in software development for test and measurement systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or similar; knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Language Skills: Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills.
