We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join the Test Centre of Excellence (TCE), supporting
-
- end testing activities for major applications in the Savings and Protection domains. The duties involve test design, execution, defect management, and quality assurance for platforms such as ORION, HERA, Wynsure, and GLIS.

About The Role

Design and execute tests according to TCE methodologies, ensuring alignment with standards, prioritizing test coverage, validating defects, and supporting testing deliverables from planning to reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and follow project testing methodology
• Enter test cases and scenarios into test tools
• Validate and communicate test deliverables
• Prioritize test scope
• Support Business Analyst test design activities
• Execute test cases and record results
• Provide input for Go/No-Go decisions
• Identify risks related to timelines and quality
• Report progress to Test Lead and project stakeholders
• Detect, log, and track defects
• Support defect prioritization
• Validate corrections and retest
• Provide inputs for final reports and procedures
• Comply with internal testing methodologies and standards
• Align with the ETO service culture and 4S principles
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Informatics or related field
• 3–6 years of hands‑on testing experience
• Knowledge of ISTQB testing principles and vocabulary
• Experience testing financial services applications (insurance/banking) is a plus
• French language (mandatory)
• SQL knowledge
• API knowledge
• Ability to build test schedules
• Understanding of testing tools and defect management platforms
• Experience with Octane (preferred)
• Knowledge of Control-M or other schedulers (plus)
• Familiarity with SAS (plus)
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Ability to coordinate and motivate team members
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction
• Proactivity, commitment, and reliability
• Strong summarization and documentation skills
• Ability to manage pressure, conflicts, and competing priorities
• Fast learner and adaptable to change
• Willingness to travel abroad if required
• Ability to work outside normal office hours in exceptional cases
