What are you going to do?

• Design, develop, and manage test schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Identify and monitor risks, ensuring proactive
  - up.
• Collaborate across teams to coordinate test efforts and maintain team motivation.
• Apply systematic, critical, and logical thinking to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Prepare clear and concise test summaries and reports.
• Uphold testing standards, processes, and methodologies.

What are we looking for?

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong skills in risk management, planning, and prioritization.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and pedagogical skills.
• Strong
  - oriented mindset with a drive for
  - quality deliverables.
• Excellent
  - solving, questioning, and listening skills.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and navigate evolving requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage conflicts, and adapt to change.
• Familiarity with Octane or similar test management tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SQL, API testing, and SAS is a plus.
• Experience with Control-M or other scheduling tools is a plus.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and French (B2 or above)
• Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement
