2 office days a week – center of Lisbon

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional test plans and test cases for complex projects
• Perform test planning, execution, and defect management using Zephyr and JIRA.
• Work collaboratively within Agile and Waterfall environments to ensure
  - quality deliverables
• Analyze business and system requirements to design effective test scenarios
• Ensure compliance with ISTQB Foundation standards and best practices
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Utilize Power BI and Excel for data validation, reporting, and test analysis
• Communicate test progress, results, and risks effectively with
  - functional teams
• Ensure alignment with business and technical stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in testing
• Proven experience in planning and delivering test initiatives for complex programs
• Strong expertise in functional testing
• Strong proficiency in Zephyr and JIRA
• Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector
• ISTQB Foundation certification
• High-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
