About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to join the Test Centre of Excellence (TCE) supporting major insurance and financial systems. You will work on test design, execution, defect handling, and delivery quality across core applications such as ORION, HERA, Wynsure, and GLIS, contributing to high‑quality delivery in the Savings and Protection domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Design
  • Analyse requirements and contribute to business test design
  • Respect project test strategy and standards
  • Document test cases, scenarios, and deliverables in the test management tool
  • Validate and communicate test documentation
  • Prioritise tests within scope
  • Support knowledge‑sharing activities among Business Analysts
• Test Execution
  • Execute test cases within assigned scope
  • Enter results into test tools and report defects
  • Provide Go/No‑Go input when required
  • Monitor test progress and report risks on quality or deadlines
  • Provide clear progress updates to the Test Lead
• Defect Management
  • Identify, record, and track defects
  • Support prioritisation of anomalies
  • Participate in validation of corrections
  • Provide information for final reports and procedures
• Standards & Quality
  • Follow internal quality frameworks and testing methodologies
  • Adhere to established testing policies, tools, and documentation standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement workshops

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of testing experience
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of test methodology & ISTQB concepts
• Ability to build a test schedule
• SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of APIs & test execution
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to identify risks and monitor resolution
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Critical thinking and structured work approach

Language

• French (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• 5 years of testing experience
• Experience testing insurance or banking applications
• Knowledge of ALM Octane
• SAS knowledge
• Knowledge of Control‑M or other schedulers
• Strong customer‑orientation and quality mindset
