Role Overview

As a Test Analyst , you will be part of a dynamic Functional Testing team, ensuring
- quality testing activities within project squads. You will contribute to planning, designing, and executing both manual and automated tests, supporting continuous improvement and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement best testing practices and methodologies.
• Develop test plans and strategies aligned with project goals.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases .
• Perform functional and performance testing, bug reporting, and validation.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Systems Analysis, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools .
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and BDD methodologies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and
  - solving skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English .
