Test Analyst

We are currently seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for testing the performance, reliability, and functionality of our software applications and systems. You will work closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop test plans, and execute test cases. Your attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects will be crucial in ensuring the high quality of our software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and define QA processes, create, and maintain Test Scripts working with process teams, and manage Test Repositories.
- Plan, track, and report testing progress across all test phases requiring Unilabs input.
- Support process teams with testing during Functional Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Create and organize Test Schedules, Testing Governance, Defect Reviews, and Progress Calls.
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support and manage the Defect Lifecycle, from documenting defects to retesting fixes.
- Plan regression tests to be undertaken, checked by live country superusers.
Requirements
- Experience operating in testing phases of system deployment, including defect lifecycle management.
- D365 FO experience.
- Ticketing system experience, ideally with Azure Dev
Ops. - Analytical and structured approach.
- Basic planning capabilities.
- Strong ability to engage and support business superusers and key users during testing.
- Ability to compile and report on information, providing narrative in reports.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a
- paced environment. - Fluency in English.
