Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long‑term vision and roadmap for test automation across the software and system test stack;
• Select or develop robust, scalable automation frameworks that support diverse testing needs: functional, regression, performance, and protocol conformance;
• Promote modular, reusable test architecture for easy onboarding and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java/Java
  Script and Cypress;
• Proven experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks across multiple product layers;
• Experience integrating test frameworks into CI/CD environments;
• Familiarity with REST APIs, communication protocols (e. g. , OCPP, MQTT), and hardware/software system interactions;
• Fluent English (mandatory).
