About The Role

You will define test automation strategies, conduct feasibility assessments, perform ROI analyses, and deliver robust test automation solutions across complex platforms. This includes leading development of automation frameworks, maintaining test environments, and ensuring test execution is integrated in CI/CD pipelines. This role also includes coaching team members and spreading best practices in test automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define automation test strategy & manage automation roadmap
• Plan rollout of automated test scripts and estimate budget/timelines
• Run POCs to validate automation feasibility
• Evaluate ROI and report on progress & risk

Automation Development & Execution

• Translate business requirements into automated test scenarios (Gherkin)
• Deliver automation for GUI testing using Selenium (Java), Webdriver
  IO (Java
  Script), Gherkin/Cucumber/Maven
• Participate and contribute in 3 Amigos sessions
• Integrate automation in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Git
  Lab CI)
• Build and maintain automation environments with Docker & Kubernetes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize test scripts and frameworks
• Analyse results, provide Go/No-Go evidence & risk alerts

Coaching & Enablement

• Train developers and junior QA engineers in automation best practices
• Mentor on Gherkin adoption
• Stay

Technical Requirements

• >6 years Test Automation experience
• Proven expertise developing & maintaining GUI automation frameworks
• Minimum 2+ years hands‑on experience with Selenium (Java), Webdriver
  IO (Java
  Script), Gherkin/Cucumber, Jenkins, Maven, Intelli
  J
• Experience with Postman & JSON
• Experience with Docker (image creation + test envs)
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline creation
• Experience with ALM Octane
• Ability to debug scripts and enhance test frameworks
• Knowledge of test strategy, risk analysis & reporting

• English (required)
• French (highly valued)
