About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SDET (Senior Software Development Engineer in Test) with extensive experience in automated testing, capable of evaluating, developing, and enhancing testing frameworks to ensure quality, scalability, and reliability in software projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current Selenium framework architecture and propose improvements for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium Web
  Driver, Test
  NG, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.
• Develop new modules or components to extend framework functionality based on project requirements.
• Refactor existing scripts to improve readability, modularity, and performance.
• Conduct API testing using Rest Assured.
• Integrate Selenium tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for continuous regression.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure full test coverage.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and automation of tasks.
• Mentor QA team members, sharing best practices and technical expertise.
• Work following Agile/Scrum methodologies and understand basic Dev
  Ops concepts.

Mandatory Requirements – MUST HAVE

• Minimum 7 years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong experience with Selenium, Test
  NG, Cucumber, Postman, and Rest Assured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Jenkins.
• Programming experience in Java.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Fluent English for effective communication with
  - functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in optimizing automation frameworks.
• Mentoring experience in QA teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Dev
  Ops and continuous integration.
