Mission

The Test Centre (TCE) provides test services to the company in Nanterre, based on a
- defined, matured and proven test strategy and methodology. Its main activities are tests design and tests execution.

The TCE has been involved in test projects for the main areas of the company, “Savings” and “Protection”, performing tests design and execution in most used applications such as ORION, HERA, Wynsure and GLIS. Responsibilities include contributing to the Test Strategy, Master Test Plan, designing tests, ensuring their execution, following up with test analysts, and reporting to project stakeholders.

Main Functions

• Contribute to the design of the Business Analyst tests within a project, respecting project design and standards.
• Input test subjects into the dedicated tool, ensuring proper validation and communication of deliverables.
• Prioritize tests within scope and organize Business Analyst intelligence.
• Ensure execution of tests, providing necessary information for Go/No Go decisions.
• Input test results, report risks, and provide feedback to the Test Manager.
• Report test progress and defects, manage project committees, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify and contribute to the correction of anomalies, inputting them into the correct tool and assisting in their resolution.

Profile

Degree in Informatics or related fields, understanding of project methodologies, knowledge of ISTQB principles, experience in testing life insurance or banking applications (desirable).

Minimum 5 years’ experience in testing, capable of building test strategies and managing testers, familiar with Agile, Octane, JIRA, Confluence, API, SQL, risk management, and team motivation.
