Requirements include:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Proficiency in French
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in testing activities
4. Ability to build test strategies and schedules
5. Experience managing software testers
6. Knowledge of Quality Centre
7. Knowledge of SQL
8. Risk identification and
   - up skills
9. Coordination and motivation skills
10. Strong summarization capabilities
11. Commitment, demanding attitude, and pedagogical skills
12. Availability to work
    - office 2-3 times per week
