Must have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. French language proficiency
3. Minimum 5 years' experience in Test activities
4. Ability to build a test strategy and test schedule
5. Ability to manage one or more software testers
6. Knowledge of Quality Centre
7. Knowledge of SQL language
8. Risk identification and
   - up skills
9. Coordination and motivation skills
10. Summarization capabilities
11. Commitment, demanding attitude, and pedagogical approach
12. Availability to go to the office 2-3 times per week
