Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts to ensure software quality and reliability across all platforms.
• Oversee the implementation of test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expertise in device testing to ensure compatibility and performance across various devices.
• Coordinate manual

  - end business process assurance to validate the entire workflow.
• Utilize SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for effective test management and issue tracking.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate testing tools and frameworks into the development process.
• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Conduct regular test reviews and provide feedback to improve testing practices.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving

• Facilitate communication between testing and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting to drive

• Possess experience in manual
