Skills and Competencies

Mandatory Requirements:

• Significant experience with SIT & UAT test delivery in a waterfall environment within insurance projects;
• Experience overseeing teams of 3-6 people;
• Experience in planning and delivering test initiatives for complex programs;
• Proficiency in implementing processes to deliver
  - quality test artifacts (Test Prep, Execution, Reporting & Closure);
• Comfort with complex projects involving multiple deliveries across several platforms, often with gaps in documentation and high number of Change Requests;
• Ability to replan and adapt approaches to accommodate delays and changing requirements;
• Solid experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Excel, and Power BI, including dashboard setup and analysis;
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels;
• ISTQB Foundation level certification;
• Fluent in Portuguese & English (spoken and written);
• Availability to travel within Europe, if necessary.

Desired Experience:

• Experience with Agile Methodology;
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification (advantageous);
• Experience with SAPIENS Software (nice to have);
• Additional languages (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
