Experis is recruiting a Test Manager for direct integration with a client in the technology sector. This role will be part of a mature and well‑structured environment, working on high‑impact projects with strong national and international visibility.

We are looking for an experienced professional capable of leading complex testing initiatives, ensuring software quality, and guiding teams throughout the full testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall test strategy and test plan for assigned projects.
• Coordinate and perform manual and/or automated tests to validate product functionality, performance, and quality.
• Oversee the defect management process, ensuring proper identification, documentation, prioritization, and follow‑up with development teams.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across the team.
• Manage the end‑to‑end testing effort, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Supervise test environments, test data preparation, testing tools, and the implementation of test automation.
• Collaborate closely with architecture and development teams to plan testing phases and align expectations.
• Review test deliverables to ensure all entry and exit criteria are fully met.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all matters related to testing activities.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in software testing, including senior or leadership roles (Test Manager / Test Lead).
• Solid background in manual and/or automated testing, system testing, integration testing and/or UAT.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand complex business and technical environments.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with proven experience supporting cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese; English is valued but not mandatory.
