Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

As a Test Manager within Bosch Home Comfort, you will coordinate activities related to testing in our central IT projects, including:

1. Participating in project initiation and milestones to set up test procedures;
2. Creating structures in test management tools like Sol
   Man, uploading test cases, and enabling test reporting and tracking;
3. Coaching colleagues in test plan definition to ensure coverage of requirements and use cases;
4. Training colleagues in test documentation and activities;
5. Participating in project meetings to monitor test status and support priority setting;
6. Tracking defect corrections to ensure timely and quality resolutions;
7. Training testers and test coordinators, and acting as a test activities consultant.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Degree in software engineering or related area;
• Experience with software testing and tools like Solution Manager;
• Knowledge of test governance tools such as MF-ALM or Xray;
• Organized, analytical, with
  - solving skills and good communication abilities;
• Proactive, eager for continuous learning, and
  - oriented;
• Very good command of English.
