Hexa Consulting is looking for a Test Manager to join our team and lead test strategy, planning, and execution activities for our clients in complex,
- scale environments.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 10 years of experience in testing, including at least 8 years in test management roles

Proven ability to manage a portfolio of test projects, overseeing planning, execution, teams, risks, quality, and reporting

Solid knowledge of test methodologies and frameworks (ISTQB or equivalent)

Experience defining and coordinating test strategies, test design, and execution phases

Ability to manage testing in Agile environments, including integration with CI/CD workflows

Strong coordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders (product, development, QA, business)

Comfortable leading test committees, reporting progress, and managing defect workflows

Experience managing test resources, scope, and activities through the full project lifecycle

Fluency in French and English (mandatory)

Experience in
- related systems is a plus
