We are looking for a Test Manager

As a part of your job, you will:

Define and support integration test approach for the projects;

Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities;

Monitor and manage risks associated with the test plan and contribute to risk identification;

Provide clear, accurate, regular reporting through KPIs related to the test plan implementation and automation strategy;

Investigate causes of
- conforming software and train users to implement solutions;

Partner with other QA team members to align tools and approaches for testing and automation;

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement a CI/CD strategy that includes
-
- design and embedded automated tests;

Define and provide technical guidance and best practices for software development and business operations teams;

Contribute to defining, implementing, and monitoring company quality standards, including synchronization with other QA units.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing

Proficiency in QA methodology and testing processes

Experience with Agile methodologies

Experience implementing automated tests

Familiarity with tools like Postman, Selenium, Cucumber, Xray, Browser
Stack, etc.

Experience with software testing processes integrated with CI/CD tools

Strong organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Fluent in English

Availability to be
- site at the client’s office 2x/week (in Porto).

Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;

Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;

Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;

Willingness to collaborate with other players;

Strong communication skills.
