Responsibilities
- Own
-
- end testing strategy, execution, and reporting for major client programs - Lead a distributed testing team (10+ engineers across onshore and offshore locations)
- Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related discussions with business and IT stakeholders
- Define test objectives, deliverables, KPIs, and quality metrics for each phase of the SDLC
- Manage test planning, estimations, and resourcing across multiple projects
- Use Zephyr, JIRA, and Excel for test management, tracking, and reporting
- Create insightful Power BI dashboards to support
- level visibility - Handle frequent changes in project scope, requirements, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with test governance, audit requirements, and best practices
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in managing Test Engineers or Analysts
- Demonstrated success delivering test strategy in complex,
- phase programs - Solid experience managing both Waterfall and Agile projects
- Strong understanding of STLC, test estimation,
- based testing, and stakeholder engagement - ISTQB Foundation and Advanced Test Manager certifications preferred
- Hands-on expertise with JIRA, Zephyr, Power BI, and Excel
- Industry knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) - especially P&C Insurance is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
