Syone is lookinf for a Test Manager for a International Bank Project.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of test projects. Forecast the budget required,
- up the activity, costs, budget, quality and timeline. Manage the test activity from the initial scoping activities until the end of the insurance period of the project while ensuring the quality of the deliverables and providing the required supports along the project.

Technical Background:

• Degree in Informatics or related areas:
• Understand the project’s methodology;
• Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);
• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products ( desirable);

Language Skills:

• French – Mandatory

Skills:

• Essential:
• French language;
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Test activities;
• Able to manage a portfolio of projects within an Agile context;
• Able to manage test automation activities within a CI/CD environment
• Able to manage different test teams under his portfolio scope;
• Good communication skills knowing how to adapt to different interlocuters (Sponsors, project managers, test leaders, developers, …)
• Risk identification and
  - up;
• Coordination and motivation skills;
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking;
• Summarization capabilities;
• Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.
