Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and lead testing activities across
  - level programs and multiple integrated systems.
• Manage testing teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and testing schedules.
• Oversee test execution, defect management, and risk mitigation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Balance manual and automated testing approaches, leveraging appropriate tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years" experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience managing testing activities in digital transformation environments with multiple integrated systems.
• Strong expertise with testing methodologies and tools (manual and automation).
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e. g. , Jira, Xray, Test
  Rail).
• Demonstrated experience managing
  - level projects.
• Experience in coordinating internal and external testing teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid project delivery practices.
