Key Responsibilities

As the Test Manager, you will be the quality leader, responsible for:

Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive test plans tailored for financial systems and collaborating with architecture teams on test phase planning.

Team & Budget Management: Managing the overall testing effort, ensuring the team follows quality standards, and completing deliverables on time and within budget.

Execution Oversight: Driving test execution (manual/automated) and reviewing coverage against defined entry and exit criteria.

Defect & Escalation: Leading the defect management process (identification, documentation, tracking) and acting as the primary contact and escalation point for all testing issues.

Environment & Automation: Managing the test environment, test data preparation, and implementing relevant test tools and automation solutions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in Software Testing (Manual/Automated, System, Integration, UAT) with a strong preference for experience in the financial or banking sector.

Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical skills and a track record of quickly understanding complex business and financial systems to recommend and implement effective testing solutions.

Tooling: Familiarity with Testrail is a plus.

Communication: Good command of English (written and spoken) is essential for effective collaboration within our project teams.
