Remote from Portugal (with occasional visits to the office)

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join an international project in the telecommunications sector.

Key Focus of the Role

This is a strategic position requiring someone with proven experience in managing test teams and the ability to maintain a global view of the entire testing function, across multiple teams and delivery streams. A solid understanding of testing methodologies and planning is essential.

Main Responsibilities

Design test plans aligned with application migration objectives

Structure and lead testing activities with internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate
- up with the client's test teams

Ensure proper execution, documentation, and reporting of test results

Collaborate with developers for defect resolution and quality assurance

Guarantee consistency, visibility, and risk control across testing phases

✅ Requirements

Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in test management or coordination

Strong understanding of test strategy, automation , and team dynamics

Ability to work with distributed teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluency in English (mandatory)
