Test Manager

MAIN PURPOSE
Richemont is looking for a talented Group Technology Test Manager to support our luxury Maisons across their new initiatives.
The Group Technology Test Manager will be part of the program organization of Operations Services & Business Foundations (OS&BF), covering several Product Areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and others like Retail, Omnichannel Foundations, CRM, etc.
He/she will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams across different countries and time zones, coordinating test sessions and working closely with Technology teams to ensure proper tracking of all testing activities using Richemont’s methodologies and processes. Liaising with Business counterparts (e. g. , Product Owner organization) will be key to the success of the initiatives.
The Group Technology Test Manager will also leverage their understanding of functional requirements and technical skills during initial assessments to identify necessary technical components for delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Test Management
- Collaborate with the project manager to align on project timelines.
- Develop test strategies for all involved initiatives.
- Create detailed test plans.
- Define test scope.
- Generate test scripts and scenarios with stakeholder approval.
- Execute test plans.
- Monitor incident creation and resolution.
- Report on test execution and results.
- Lead testing cycles in technology initiatives.
- Communicate test strategies, plans, and schedules to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams throughout the test cycles.
- Facilitate health checks (Entry).
- Coordinate daily progress updates (Stand Ups & Report Outs).
- Manage defect resolution and exit gates through Round Table meetings and formal exit reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- B. Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technology Test Management, with proven technical project management skills, interpersonal, and communication skills, and high attention to detail.
- Experience with Supply Chain and/or Logistics initiatives is essential.
- Experience managing integrated projects or programs globally.
- Knowledge of software architecture and development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP).
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and business teams at all levels.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e. g. , French, German) are a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex,
- paced, distributed environment with high expectations. - Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr is highly desirable.
