? We are looking for an Test Manager - French Speaker

Main Tasks:

• Develop and implement a testing strategy that aligns with project goals and objectives.
• Establish and maintain testing policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality across software projects.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective communication regarding quality standards.
• Lead the testing team in executing test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.
• Utilize tools such as Octane, Jira, and Xray for test management and reporting.
• Identify areas for process improvement and advocate for best practices in testing.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior testing team members.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in a testing leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency with testing tools, specifically Octane, Jira, and Xray.
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (C1 level).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
