Responsibilities

• Lead SIT & UAT test delivery in a waterfall environment for insurance projects.
• Oversee multiple test teams and assure project delivery, including hybrid onshore/offshore teams.
• Plan and deliver test initiatives for complex programmes.
• Implement processes to deliver
  - quality test artefacts (Test Prep, Execution, Reporting & Closure).
• Manage projects with multiple deliveries across several platforms, including gaps in documentation and a high number of Change Requests.
• Replan and adjust approaches to accommodate delivery delays.
• Use JIRA, Zephyr, Excel and Power BI; set up dashboards in JIRA; analyse data; create and manage Power BI reports.
• Deal with customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Agile Methodology; ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification would be advantageous.
• Experience with SAPIENS Software is nice to have.
• Nice to have: ability to speak other languages (Portuguese, French, German or Spanish).
• Experience with Jira/Zephyr/Excel/Power BI is beneficial.
