Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning & Design:
   
   o Develop and document test plans, test cases, and testing scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
   
   o Identify key test scenarios and establish the scope of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
   
   o Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand the system's functionality and business processes.
   
   o Team management responsibilities.
2. Test Execution:
   
   o Perform manual and automated testing.
   
   o Execute test cases across various phases of the implementation, including system integration testing (SIT) and UAT.
   
   o Record detailed test results, including pass/fail status, and document defects with clear descriptions, severity levels, and replication steps.
