What is this challenge about:

Develop and implement a testing strategy that aligns with project goals and objectives;

Establish and maintain testing policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality across software projects;

Collaborate with
- functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective communication regarding quality standards;

Lead the testing team in executing test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing;

Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and results to stakeholders;

Utilize tools such as Octane, Jira, and Xray for test management and reporting;

Identify areas for process improvement and advocate for best practices in testing;

Provide training and mentorship to junior testing team members.

What we are looking for:

At least 7 year of experience in Quality Assurance;

Proven experience in a testing leadership role;

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices;

Proficiency with testing tools, specifically Octane, Jira, and Xray;

Excellent analytical and
- solving skills;

Strong communication skills in English and French (C1 level);

Fluency in English;

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
