Essential Qualities

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers within a Scrum team to ensure overall software quality.
• Perform test analysis, design and execution across multiple functional areas.
• Document test outcomes and communicate results to the team and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for both GUI and API components.
• Plan, design, and execute performance and security testing activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, practices, and workflows.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of modern testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands‑on experience testing in Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with version control systems (SVN, GIT) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of test automation with Selenium or Cypress.
• Knowledge of database systems (Oracle, Postgres).
• Knowledge of SCADA systems.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
