Threat Intelligence Analyst – Hybrid (Lisbon) at Match Profiler

Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultancy with over 25 years of experience. We are strengthening our team with a Threat Intelligence Analyst in a hybrid role based in Lisbon.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Forensics, or related field; equivalent experience
• 3+ years in digital forensics or incident response
• Strong understanding of cyber threat landscape and threat actors
• Proficiency in threat intelligence platforms and tools (e. g. , Threat
  Connect, Recorded Future)
• Ability to analyse and interpret threat data from various sources
• Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and assessing threats
• Ability to communicate threat findings and insights to stakeholders
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e. g. , MITRE ATT&CK, NIST) as well as of EU Cybersecurity Regulation
• Ability to collaborate with
  - functional teams to enhance security posture
• Experience with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) gathering techniques; incident
  - mortem analysis and integration of lessons learned into response playbooks
• Familiarity with cloud forensics and hybrid environments
• Ability to collaborate with legal and compliance teams for evidence handling and reporting
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and their impact on forensic investigations
