Your Role

As a
Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist
, you'll be the
- to expert for networking issues, supporting a
- demand technical environment. Your focus will be on advanced troubleshooting of switches, routers, wireless systems, and related network infrastructure, ensuring fast, effective solutions or escalation when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Tier 2 escalation point for
  - related issues across
  - base systems.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and operational assessments for switches, routers, wireless networks, and Layer 2/3 configurations.
• Analyze network performance data to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain and test network equipment, ensuring
  - performance configurations and reliability.
• Deliver professional support via phone, email, and ticketing systems, with a focus on advanced networking solutions.

Your Qualifications

• English proficiency (C1+); additional languages (DE, FR, IT, ES, PT) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with demonstrated experience in network troubleshooting.
• Solid technical knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, routing, wireless protocols x), and network operations.
• Hands-on experience with LAN, MAN, and Wireless network deployments.
• Familiarity with
  - standard hardware and network vendor certifications (Aruba, Cisco, Ruckus, Brocade).
• B. S. in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering is advantageous.
