What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll become a specialist in IT recruitment - working with both clients and candidates. From sourcing top talent to closing deals with tech firms, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle. Don’t worry - we provide full training, support, and a roadmap to help you master every step.

What You Bring

• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, customer success, or
  - facing roles
• Strong English and a confident communicator
• Ambition to grow, learn, and own your earning potential
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and be part of a collaborative, driven team
• EU citizenship (for relocation eligibility)
