Job description
This role is to provide efficient and effective execution of the procurement operational activities. The Administrator Officer will act as a liaison between users and technical teams, ensuring that all
- related queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- User Support: Provide
- line support to internal clients regarding application issues, queries, and improvement suggestions related to the P2P platform. - Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with the integrator and technical teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Application Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of the P2P application to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently, identifying any potential issues proactively.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to assist users and support teams.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for internal clients to enhance their understanding of the P2P platform and its functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the application integrator to implement improvements and updates to the platform, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback on the application’s performance and functionality and communicate this to the integrator for continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all processes and procedures related to the P2P platform comply with organizational policies and industry’s best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Between 1 to 2 years’ experience in application support, preferably in a Procure-to-Pay or similar environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with P2P platforms and related technologies; experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with
- functional teams and build positive relationships with internal clients. - Mastery of generative AI: (ex: Chat
GPT, etc…) and automation tools (Power
Automate etc…) is a plus for improving
