Total Rewards Associate Manager
The Total Rewards Associate Manager manages the delivery of compensation and benefits programs for Portugal. The role partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure programs are compliant within the Global Guidelines and

Key Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise Total Rewards strategy into Portugal execution plans and improvement roadmaps.
- Provide market intelligence (surveys, benchmarks, trends) to inform salary structures, incentive designs, benefits portfolio, recognition, and wellbeing programs.
- Draft and recommend updates to guidelines, frameworks, and toolkits (e. G. , salary ranges, job architecture, eligibility).
- Conduct scenario modeling and cost/impact analyses to support policy refinements and annual budget planning.

- end annual compensation cycle for the assigned scope (promotions, adjustments) including tools readiness, data accuracy, manager enablement, and controls. - Administer and optimize benefits programs (medical, life, disability, retirement, flexible benefits, wellbeing), ensuring service quality and employee experience.
- Coordinate the job evaluation and market pricing.
- Maintain and operationalize policies and guidelines;
ensure alignment with equal pay, human rights, tax, and local labor legislation. - Prepare for audits, ensure documentation, and process controls are current, and remediate findings.
