About the role

Join Sanofi CHC as a Trade & Revenue Management Lead to play a vital role in our business performance and impact millions worldwide. You will be the commercial connector, focusing on simplifying healthcare by enhancing the availability and profitability of our brands. Our goal is to create a cycle of value through integrated TRM levers, positively impacting Net Sales, GTN, and Gross Margin.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and drive positive SKU, brand, channel, and customer mix through tailored action plans based on analysis and data from the finance team.
2. Design, implement, and monitor commercial policies to optimize customer investment, drive distribution, visibility, and brand recommendation across channels, while meeting GTN targets and maximizing Pay-for-Performance.
3. Lead pricing strategies by aligning with Brand Teams, identifying opportunities for price increases based on competitive benchmarks and pack price architecture.
4. Manage portfolio simplification by collaborating with regional and global teams, identifying pruning and harmonization opportunities, and working with Brand teams on innovation pipelines to ensure margin growth.
5. Lead the IBP process by translating

Experience:

Proven experience in revenue management, finance, or data analytics, preferably in OTC or FMCG sectors with knowledge of the pharmacy channel landscape.

Strong project management skills and experience leading tasks and timelines.

Skills:

Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, and initiative skills; ability to work in a
- paced, changing environment. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Education:

Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or Data & Analytics.

Languages:

Fluent in Portuguese and English.
