Position Mission
Design, implement, and coordinate local marketing and trade marketing initiatives that drive restaurant revenue. This role is responsible for activating partnerships with nearby businesses, executing
- store activations, supporting restaurant openings, and measuring the return on investment (ROI) of all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving Revenue at the Restaurant
- Design and implement local actions to increase sales.
- Develop promotional and activation plans within the restaurant’s catchment area.
- Local Partnerships and Community Engagement
- Establish partnerships with nearby businesses, shops, and local groups to create synergies and attract customers.
- Represent the brand within the local area to strengthen its presence and relevance.
- Restaurant Openings and On-site Events
- Coordinate restaurant launches with
- store activations. - Plan and execute grand openings and engagement events to generate awareness and traffic from day one.
- Local Signage and Visibility
- Work alongside media agencies to plan and install outdoor signage to improve location visibility.
- Oversee visibility materials such as posters, menu boards, flyers, and other

- sale assets. - Performance Measurement and Analysis
- Define clear KPIs for sales, foot traffic, and ROI of local initiatives.
- Deliver regular reports with results, insights, and optimisation proposals.
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in local marketing, trade marketing, or similar roles within retail, hospitality, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build partnerships with local businesses and communities.
• Solid event planning and execution skills.
• Knowledge of
- store activations and collaboration with media agencies.
• Proactive mindset,
- driven, and practical problem solver.

• Increase in restaurant revenue.
• Growth in customer visits to the restaurant.
• Positive ROI on all local marketing initiatives.
