- growing B2C company in the health & wellness industry is looking for a Traffic acquisition manager to lead customer acquisition and digital growth. This is a

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy to increase direct customer acquisition & online sales
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Affiliation, Native, Meta, Google, programmatic) with a strong focus on ROAS and performance.
Lead conversion optimization initiatives (CRO), including A/B testing, landing page improvement, funnel optimization.
Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, acquisition cost, ROAS, LTV, etc.
Collaborate with product, content,
- commerce, and CRM teams to align digital strategy with business goals.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience:
5 to 10 years in digital marketing, ideally in
- facing industries (e-commerce, wellness, beauty, nutrition. . . ).
Proven track record in performance marketing and online customer acquisition.
Previous experience in
- paced or international environments is a plus.
Skills & Tools: Strong command of acquisition platforms, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e. g. Awin, Impact, Rakuten, or similar) and partner management.
Comfortable with analytics tools and performance reporting.
Excellent analytical and budget management skills.

Excellent communication skills in French (Other European languages are a bonus).
