Trainee - Administrative EHS
Overview
Trainee - Administrative EHS at Siemens Energy. Location: Amadora, Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks and processes for various countries and headquarters requirements.
- Maintain and monitor the department’s digital filing system for document organization.
- Plan agendas, manage meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Organize work meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events.
- Arrange travel and handle related administrative processes, requiring proficiency in spoken and written English for international collaboration.
Qualifications
- Have at least a Technical degree with level 4 certification.
- Be flexible to solve problems in a quick and effective manner.
- Fluent in English language in writing and speaking.
- Able to work under pressure and capacity to multitask.
- Resilient, communicative personality, empathy, and
- working skills. - Good knowledge of Office 365.
