This internship is a 12-month fixed‑term contract, offering hands‑on experience in Business Development - Field Development.

Responsibilities

• You will support, within the framework of greenfield projects, the administration and management of obligations arising from agreements and the legal securing of leased lands for solar and wind power plants, as well as lands required for power line easements.
• You will use land management tools to parameterize and digitize all data related to land lease and easement agreements, including the physical characteristics of the areas, in order to prepare schedules for payments and other legal or contractual obligations.
• You will visualize and elaborate data in GIS to assess the extent of secured land and identify errors or inconsistencies within agreements.
• You will collaborate with paralegal colleagues in the design and review of land easement contracts, ensuring compliance and consistency across all legal documentation.
• You will coordinate with other Field Development team members to monitor and control payments related to rented plots and occasionally assist in the identification or selection of land for greenfield development projects.

Qualifications

• You have completed your studies in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business, or other relevant fields.
• It’s a plus if you already have some first working experience with GIS or mapping tools.
• You are proficient in MS Office.
• You are business fluent in English and Portuguese, and language skills in Spanish are an advantage.
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in land assessment and data management.
• You are organized, adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
