- quality and
- efficient services from purchasing to processing of outgoing payments, plus supplier readiness, processing, and several digitalization projects.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely execution of operational purchasing tasks (e. g. , order processing and invoice clarification) for internal customers within their systems in line with company regulations and guidelines for specific customers.
• Communicate professionally in the languages of customers (both written and oral).
• Data completion and validation of purchase requisitions and validation of purchase orders; invoice clarification, CCM alerts handling and
  - up activities.
• Perform additional administrative tasks related to the job (reporting, PCMB, vendor communications).
• Investigate, suggest, and work on improvements; explain processes to colleagues and share
  - how with other teams; handbook preparation and updating.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree; university degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); fluency in French is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power
  Point, Outlook).
• Good knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Team player, flexible, able to multitask, proactive, with strong communication,
  - making, and
  - focus skills.
